Girigiri offer 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them!
 

Click the button below within 14 days of receiving your order and drop us a message with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

You'll have an additional 14 days to get it to us for a refund. You can expect to receive your refund within 7 days of your item reaching us.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, Girigiri does not offer free returns. 

Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. 

We do not accept exchanges, and you'll need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn't quite fit right. 

Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund.
